    Our customer is from Iran, a company focusing on high-end steel R&D and sales, and needs to purchase 100 tons of stainless steel rolls. With the continuous expansion of business, the customer wants to cooperate with the Asian market and chooses our company as its partner in China.


    2. Cooperation process


    (1) Initial contact:Customers and our company through Google search to our company's website for preliminary communication, to understand the needs of both parties and cooperation intentions. After many exchanges, the two sides have established a relationship of mutual trust.

    (2)Business negotiation: In order to further promote cooperation, the customer has conducted many business negotiations with our company. During the negotiation, the two sides had in-depth discussions on cooperation details, supply methods, prices, payment methods, etc., and reached a preliminary cooperation intention.

    (3) Customer visit: The customer has a strong interest in our company through the website information, and immediately began to plan the trip and determine the visit time. After we learned the customer's flight itinerary, in order to prevent the customer from speaking different languages and not understanding the local environment, we arranged special car to pick up the airport in advance. After arriving at the company, the company leaders personally met and took the customers to visit the company and the factory, and introduced and explained the products in detail. After visiting the factory, according to the religious beliefs of the customers, they arranged a rich Chinese characteristic food.

    (4)Contract signing: Customers gave high praise to the company after visiting the factory, and the company's strength and service quality won customers' trust in the company. Signed a formal PI with our company on the spot. PI clearly specifies the rights and obligations of both parties, supply requirements, quality standards, delivery time and other details.

    (5) Arrange production: When the PI is determined, the company immediately arranges the task order to the factory to schedule the production of stainless steel coils. Follow up the progress of steel coil production in the factory in time after the assignment, and give feedback on the production status to customers through email and WhatsApp, so that customers can always know the situation of their goods.

    (6)Completion of production: After the production of steel coil, we have a special quality inspection department to send staff to check the quantity and quality of the goods and measure the specifications to ensure that the standards and requirements of customers are met, and the inspection report is issued to customers after confirming that the goods are correct.

    (7)Supply and logistics: arrange steel coil loading and sending to Qingdao port after customer acceptance and confirmation of the goods. In order to ensure product quality and transportation safety, our company uses a professional logistics company for cargo transportation, steel coil arrived at the port, contact the freight forwarder for customs clearance and delivery. At the same time, our company also provides a series of after-sales services for customers to ensure that customers get timely technical support and problem solutions in the process of use.

    (8)Customer evaluation: The customer receives the goods about 40 days later, weighs and confirms the number of steel coils, and gives us good feedback after confirming that the quantity and quality of the goods meet the expectations. After a period of time, the customer has the demand for steel pipes and plates, because the two sides have established a good trust before, the customer has carried out a re-purchase of products from us, so as to reach a long-term cooperation relationship, we have become his long-term supplier.
