The workshop boasts core equipment such as CNC flame cutting machines, plasma cutting machines, laser cutting machines, CNC drilling machines, H-beam assembly machines, submerged arc welding machines, shot blasting
equipment, and fully automated painting production lines. Relying on a digital management system, we achieve precise control from drawing refinement to finished product, significantly improving production efficiency and product
precision, ensuring that every steel structural component meets design requirements and quality standards.

Step 1: Digital Modeling and Intelligent Lofting
It all begins with a blueprint, but it goes beyond that. Our engineers input the design drawings into an advanced 3D modeling and BIM system for comprehensive virtual construction and clash detection, optimizing the structure and anticipating risks from the outset. Subsequently, the data is seamlessly integrated into an automated layout and CNC cutting system, precisely translating the digital model into production instructions and ensuring initial accuracy down to the millimeter level.
Step 2: High-precision cutting and beveling
In the CNC flame/plasma/laser cutting zone, intelligent equipment selects the optimal process for cutting based on the steel's material and thickness. Amidst dazzling sparks, the steel plate is efficiently and precisely separated into the desired shape. Simultaneously, to meet subsequent welding requirements, a specialized beveling robot processes precise angles at the edges of the components, laying the foundation for high-quality welds.
Step 3: Component assembly and automated welding
This is the crucial step in giving the steel structure "life." On standardized assembly fixtures, workers use laser positioning technology to precisely assemble the cut parts. Then, guided by an intelligent system, the welding robotic arm performs fully or semi-automatic welding according to preset parameters. We widely apply advanced processes such as submerged arc welding and gas shielded welding to ensure that the weld strength is equal to, or even exceeds, that of the base material. Every weld undergoes visual and non-destructive testing (such as ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing), allowing no flaws whatsoever.
Step 4: Straightening and End Machining
The thermal stress generated during welding may cause slight deformation of the components. Our hydraulic straightening equipment can perform fine straightening in both cold and hot conditions, restoring them to standard
tolerances. Subsequently, end milling and sawing machines will perform precision machining on the ends of the components, ensuring the flatness and perpendicularity of the connection surfaces, creating ideal conditions for efficient
on-site installation.
Step 5: Surface Treatment and Coating Protection
Durability begins with superior protection. Components first undergo shot blasting to thoroughly remove surface oxide scale and impurities, revealing a uniform metallic finish. They then enter a fully automated coating
line, where high-performance anti-corrosion primer, intermediate coat, and topcoat are applied according to customer environmental requirements. An environmental control system ensures the coating cures at optimal
temperature and humidity, forming a uniform, dense, and strongly adherent long-lasting protective layer.
Step 6: Final Quality Inspection and Smart Warehousing
Before leaving the factory, every finished product undergoes a final "judgment" at our quality inspection center. Key indicators such as dimensions, weld seams, and coating thickness are comprehensively verified, and the
data is simultaneously entered into the traceability system. Qualified products are affixed with a unique identification mark and transported by intelligent overhead cranes and AGVs to a modern automated warehouse area,
awaiting efficient and orderly shipment.
